Robert Arneson
This piece of artwork by Robert Arneson is called "Tulip Vase". It was made in 1992 and is a bronze sculpture. It stood out to me because of the amount of texture and detail he added to make the facial features look really three dimensional and realistic. Also, you can tell that he really tried to make it look as if the face was in reality upside, by adding the effects of what gravity would have done to the person in real life. You can see that his hair is being pulling downward, and that the wrinkles on his forwards are also downward toward the bottom of the vase as well.
